A well-established garden offering a delightful mixture of informal garden areas, including spring and summer borders, a vegetable plot, orchard and woodland dell. Many feature shrubs and trees including what may be England’s oldest plane tree. The garden lies behind an historic cottage built for poet Caroline Bowles (1786-1854). Limited wheelchair access.
Location and parking: ½ mile north of Lymington town centre. Travelling north on A337,  right into Hollywood Lane after layby on right. Park in layby or in Alexandra Road (left at roundabout shortly before layby). Disabled parking on drive at the Chantry.
